What personal data does Elouisa process about you?

Service providers: We engage external service providers like Firebase Analytics. As part of that they will process your Personall Data on our behalf. These external service providers have access to your Personal Data only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, and we make sure each one is contractually obliged not to disclose or use your Personal Data for any other purpose. The service providers we use help us to:

• run and operate the App
• provide user analytics, crash reports, and enhance user experience.

Government agencies: In some cases, we have a legal obligation or are ordered by a court to share personal data with government agencies. This may include, for example the police or a regulatory authority. Elouisa is careful in providing personal data and only provides the personal data it is legally obliged to provide.

-           Right to object or to request restriction of processing of your personal data;

-           Right to data portability; you can request a copy of your personal information that we hold.

-           Right to object to profiling;

-           Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

-           Right to withdraw your consent for the future to the extent that the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of your consent.

-          Right to opt-out of marketing communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send you.

How long do we store your personal data?

We will not retain your personal data for any longer than necessary for the purposes for which we use them. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with access to the App or is required by law and regulations.

Elouisa attaches great value to the security and protection of your personal data and therefore has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss or against any form of unlawful processing.

In the event that Elouisa uses services from third parties, such as an IT supplier, Elouisa, will include adequate security measures in the context of the protection of personal data in a processing agreement.

Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that personal information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of our administrative, managerial and technical safeguards. Therefor, we urge you to take adequate precautions to protect your personal data as well, including never sharing your password with anyone.

Annual Subscription

Subscription Offer:

• One-Time Annual Subscription: Elouisa offers a one-time annual subscription that provides access to a specific section of the App. This subscription does not auto-renew at the end of its term.

Subscription Details:

• Length of Subscription: The subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Price of Subscription: The price of the subscription is clearly displayed within the App and during the subscription purchase process.

Clear Disclosure to Users:

• Subscription Information: Within the App, we clearly disclose the following information:
  • The title of the subscription.
  • The duration (one year) of the subscription.
  • The total price of the subscription.
• Access to Policies: Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are easily accessible within the App.

Non-Auto-Renewing Nature:

• No Automatic Renewal: The subscription does not automatically renew. Users are required to manually renew their subscription if they wish to continue accessing the subscribed content after the end of the subscription period.

Refunds and Cancellations:

• Refund Policy: Information regarding the refund policy for the subscription can be found in our Terms of Use.
• Cancellations: Subscribers can manage or cancel their subscriptions by following the instructions provided within the App or by contacting us directly.
